Blake Anthony Foster is an American actor and martial artist who played the Blue Turbo Ranger in Power Rangers Turbo. At age 12, he became the first and only pre-teen Power Ranger. Foster was discovered by a Saban Entertainment head and was already a skilled martial artist before the show. He performed his own kicks and flips, except when in the suit. Foster has also appeared in Family Album, Above Suspicion, The Brady Bunch in the White House, and Kids World.
