Load In directions
Come down to the Loading dock for the Pasadena Convention center on
Marengo Avenue. You can temporarily load in at the dock area and take the elevator or freight elevators up to the exhibit halls . Once you are loaded in you will need to move your car. If you have a van or truck too large for the parking garage. You can pay for a spot there and leave the van or truck. That oversized parking is $30 a day. The oversized parking is per day and first come first serve contact us to purchase.
After Loading in park in the Sheraton parking lot go down to the lower level vehicles under 6.6 feet. From there park in or around sections 11-15 from there at 14 you can walk into the loading dock and elevators.
You can also park smaller cars and vans in this area and wheel your stuff in. Vans under 6.6 feet otherwise you won’t make it under the hotel. I have a chevy express van with no roof rack. It makes it fine. Newer tall cargo vans you won’t make it.
There is also other parking nearby and go down the street a couple blocks free parking.
Have your seller’s permit printed out or a copy on your phone , bags, and change for your customers. Tables are draped but bring sheets to cover for after hours. We will have overnight security.
