Deborah Estelle Philips is a first generation American actress with Jamaican and Trinidian roots. She is best known for her role as Katie Walker on the Power Rangers Time Force series. She has also appeared on hit television shows and films such as 7th Heaven, Days of our Lives, Crazy, Stupid Love and The Company We Keep
Deborah has developed a passion for theater after performing in several LIVE on-stage productions with The Rock Church World Outreach Center in San Bernardino, CA and is now an American Immersion Theater actress in Northern California.
